# TopSkills Experts V1.3 Release Notes

## Focus

V1.3 keeps the original Candidate Finder recruitment portal as the core product and adds a lighter plugin structure around it.

## Added

- ATS Resume Builder for candidates with score checks and plain text export.
- Admin Plugins page for active, preview, planned, and disabled modules.
- HRM SaaS positioned as a plugin preview instead of a forced full HRIS replacement.
- Lightweight IP tracking log for global visitor visibility.
- Public menu updates for ATS, demo access, and HRM plugin roadmap.

## Preserved

- Existing Laravel/cPanel structure.
- Existing Candidate Finder packages, memberships, payments, CMS, jobs, candidates, quizzes, interviews, and dashboards.
- Existing production settings/text strategy. New settings are inserted only when missing.

## Deploy

Upload `TopSkills-HR-SaaS-Update-V1.3.zip` over the existing project, keep `.env`, `vendor/`, and uploaded storage files, then open `/schema` once and visit `/admin/plugins`.
